We strive for a balance between internal promotions which drive the company culture and external hires who bring with them a fresh perspective on our concepts.   For that reason, we are looking to hire dynamic and talented candidates at all levels or our operations from Food Runners to General Managers.  

Ideal candidates are customer focused, hands on, passionate about the coffee and restaurant industry and looking to make their mark on our company.  Management candidates must also possess the leadership skills and operational experience required to coach and develop employees, establish rapport with customers, and effectively run a shift including cash handling, managing breaks, and completing daily administrative duties.  Experience with inventory and profit and loss statements a plus.

Training Programs are customized based on experience and position. Managers are mentored by the General Manager of their new location.  A typical training program is 2 weeks training in all hourly position and 2 weeks training in the opening and closing manager duties.   This initial training is followed by a 6 month development plan which is managed by the Directors of Operation.

Compensation packages vary by position. Our Managers work 40-45 hours per week with competitive wages, overtime and  holiday pay, a monthly bonus plan, paid parking within walking distance of the restaurants, and an employee meal plan.   We also provide 100% company paid benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, two weeks of paid time off, and sick leave. 

Your application experience should reflect who we are as a company.  We value your time and appreciate the effort you put into this process.  Our Human Resources Managers review all applications and will send you an e-mail confirming everything is in order or requesting additional information to complete your application.  They then select those candidates whose skills most closely match the position’s requirements.  Selected Hourly Employee Candidates are interviewed on site by General Managers or Directors of Operations.  Management Candidates can expect to have up to three interviews with General Managers, Directors of Operations, the Company President and/or an Owner.  If you are not selected for interviews, we'll let you know within two weeks.
